I can't let August end without playing a little bit more with some of the great July products. Can you believe summer is almost over? The flowers are almost done blooming, but not on this card!
The Strange and Wonderful Digistamps is a great mix of a very cute image and some fun sentiments. I went with "We have a strange & wonderful relationship. You're strange and I'm wonderful."
You know that two of my favorite things about digistamps are the ability to fit them to any size and also toner foiling my sentiments. And I did both on my cards today. For this first card, I printed it large enough to take up most of the card. I printed two copies so I could cut and pop up the penguin and some flowers. The whole scene is cut out and layered onto a background of finger painted clouds.
My second card uses the digistamps on a smaller scale, but still some popped up flowers. I used the Step Out Card template to add some extra interest. This is an incredibly easy to use template that really makes a fun card. To finish off my two cards, I printed out my sentiments and foiled them for that extra shimmer and shine.
