April Sneaky Peek #2

April Sneaky Peek #2

Let there be cake
It’s the SECOND Day of Sneaky Peek Week. Yesterday I mentioned that this collection is all about birthdays and our mothers and dads. This set was actually the inspiration for the collection. We call it “Let there be cake"
The entire release  will be available to ship on on April 7 :) And because of the Shutdown we are offering 10% off your order AND FREE Shipping to the US and Canada!

I love the idea of different messages on the layers of cake to create a custom message for whomever gets the card. It can be a birthday cake or a cake to congratulate someone. Each layer is detailed so use an ink specifically for intricate stamps like Versafine to get the best look.
Let there be cake
Like this great card by Deborah Anton. It’s such a fun set to layer up! Use the pedestal for the cake and add the pennant instead of candles for that special someone who is “35” each year.

We knew that this stamp set would be so fun to keep layering, so we have the die set to make it easier. And, if you purchase the bundle, you get 10% off the two items.

Here’s a terrific tall card by Christine Okken that shows off the bundle. This set is perfect for that tall card that packs a punch. Christine created the background with watercolors and the Clouds and Balloon CutUps along with Icing CutUps

Brenda Nakandakari’s card just says “PARTY!” She adds balloons and holeless sequins for that extra bit of whimsy.
Nancy ThomasThe best thing about this set and bundle is how easy it is to personalize. You can use bright colors for children, darker, more sophisticated colors for men and pretty soft florals for a feminine version like this one by Nancy Thomas. This car only uses two of the stamps and pretty papers for the cake parts. Delicious.
Aren’t these cards yummy?!  The Cat Pack baked up some real goodies. Head on over to their blogs to get the recipes and then comment on each of their blogs and you could win a $10 gift voucher. We’ll pick a winner each day this week from the comments on the blogs and post the winners here and on our Facebook page.
