I am so happy I got to play a little bit this week for the Anything Goes TCP Tuesday Challenge. I always get so excited when the Cat Pack pulls out the stops and just CREATES.
I've been seeing the Bokeh technique around the internet for a while, so I figured what better time to try it out. So, I pulled out a blank Stencil Sheet and the 3 x 3 Stars Die set and made my own stencil. After I watercolored the background I applied white ink with my Stylus applicator.
I was so surprised how pretty the background came out that the card only needed a saying and some bling.
