Aaaahhhh BOOKS! Books are THE BEST! I'm a big reader/listener/watcher and always have a book going in my Kindle, on audio in the car, or something que-ed up on TV. But I really love how reading or listening a book lets the story play out in your own imagination. It really does make the 45 minute drive to and from work "bearable"...ha ha, get it!?
These sweet little bears - Papa Bear and Baby Bear, I think, are enjoying a good story in the ENJOY EVERY CUDDLE digi set, available this month. I let the image and the elements dictate the card size so this is a large card. And the image is perfect for Copic coloring.
I added printed and cut out the three JUST A NOTE cut file images to use as a base to the colored image. So fun that you can size, print, and cut these elements in Silhouette Studio to whatever size works for you. Remember buying packages of scrapbooking elements and only using one or two in a pack? Here's a much more economical solution!
I placed the sentiment in a balloon from the new JUST A THOUGHT BALLOON cutting file. I blended a little Distress Oxide ink onto the top and bottom of the balloon cut out so that it wasn't a big ole stark white blob. Small black enamel dots and some tiny wooden stars finish it all off.
