Coffee Lovers Blog Hop

Ready for a fun blog hop? I know I am. Today, we are playing along in the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop from the Coffee Loving Card Makers. (We are Super Sponsors, too).  I am on the road, and while I have limited supplies, having access to digital files, a printer and my Silhouette, I am so happy I can still join this hop.

Right now, there is snow outside my window, and I'm feeling in the mood for something sweet and gingerbready (is that a word?) So, I thought I'd pull out the Gingerbread Latte Gnome to satisfy me. 

I love this little guy and I thought he would be perfect with a backdrop of plaid. The one I used was from our Black and White Spring Digi Paper Pack. I used one of the Fancy Frames and print and cut the sentiment along with the red mat that I offset on my Silhouette Cutting Machine. The tag and poinsettia were also cut. 

The last card came together so quickly, I was able to do a second card. This time I channeled the ever fabulous Amy Rohl and used our Puffy Numbers to cut the 25 from silver paper.  The poinsettia I created by layering 3 of the "petals" and one of green and slightly rotating them so that could see all of the petals. I made them all the same size, but next time I'll try varying the size, which is easy peasy, because they are svgs. (another great thing about digital files ;)
