Hi TCP Friends! Christine here today with a brand new Release from The Cat’s Pajamas to show off today! I’ve got two designs that are the picture of fun!
First off we’re starting with our favourite bunny - and today, he’s a Viking! He’s even got his own red dragon to rule the land! It’s called Bunnies In Flight!
It also happens to be one of my all time favourite TCP images! To create the 3D feeling of this bunny flying over the snow dusted hills, I grabbed some clear acetate cardstock, and began by cutting a die of warm grey cardstock hills size 4 1/4 x 4 1/4. I used this size inside the acetate to create an inner mini card that also opens, and attached it to the back of the acetate.
I gave the hills the feeling of snow with a white coloured pencil, and added some die cut and gel pen accents. This little card lifts open to show a space for your card message.
Then its all about the layering, I’ve used retired TCP Cloud dies inside and on the face of the acetate for layering, and our dragon looks like he’s flying, even when the card is laying shut flatlay style.
Next up is an adorable design that would be perfect to display in your laundry room, or even as a Welcome Baby card!
This sweet pastel creation uses the new Shine On digital stamp.
I wanted to create a “frame” around the centre sentiment (so punny!) for this card, so I arranged the digi set elements on my computer and then printed the image with a lighter translucence to coordinate better with the pastel colours I wanted to use.

Colouring is done with Copics with a few white gel pen accents. See the 1/2 full washing machine? The load is almost done!
A few enamel dots fill in the design and give it a bit more dimension.
Thanks so much for joining me today! There are SO many cute things in our March Release you’ll want to check out! Take a peek at what I’ve used today...
